SFH History-
StrikeForce Hosting(SFH) was started on June 29, 2009 by it’s owner and has steadily grown since it’s opening day. When we started SFH we were geared more towards the online PC Gaming community. We opened our doors with Webhosting and Voice servers from Ventrilo. Since then we have shut down Ventrillo and added Teamspeak 3, VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers and Domain Names. We have worked very hard since opening our doors and now we are going to work even harder at improving the services we started out with. Now that you know the general history of SFH we would like to tell you more about what we have to offer.
Support Options-
We currently do not offer 24/7 support as SFH is owned by one individual and there is one volunteer at this time. The owner is working very hard to improve customer support at this time so that we can one day offer the 24/7 support that everyone loves to have around with their host. With all this said, we have not had one unhappy customer that we have been made aware of to date and we intend to keep it that way. We do respond to all support tickets, we just wish we could respond faster then what we currently are able to. Most support tickets are answered in under ten hours at this time. You might be wondering why we are telling you this… It is because we believe in being honest and letting our customers know what they can expect unlike many other hosts in this world that say they have 24/7 support when they really don’t. Our goal is to make all our customers happy and satisfied at all times. If you submit a ticket, it will get answered as soon as possible.
Future Plans-
SFH is has worked hard up to this point and we don’t intend to stop working anytime soon. Earlier this year we updated our look. We have many plans for future updates to all our services. Our future additions include the ability to directly purchase additional IP’s as addons to your VPS or Dedicated Servers. Shared Hosting Reseller Accounts are being considered at this time but there will be alot of work to do before we could offer that service. We are also looking into Security Certificates at this time but there is no set time frame on when that may happen. We recently added the ability to pay with AlertPay but after some issues we have temporarily turned that feature off until we can figure out why the system won’t accept payments. We are working on getting that feature fixed as soon as possible. This is just a small list of what we are planning and working on at this time. We ask that everyone be patient with us and to keep an eye open for these new services. We make no promises on deadlines for any of the above mentioned services other then we are working on being able to offer them at this time.
